Can I send someone a pdf or screenshot of a ticket without transferring it officially?

Yes, but we do not recommend this.

  • Sharing a screenshot does not ensure quality of the QR code. This could cause issues during check-in.
  • If you officially transfer a ticket, we will be able to provide quick and easy assistance to the new owner of the ticket during check-in in the event of a lost or damaged ticket without the purchaser being present.
  • Whoever you transfer to will be able to see the ticket in their own Account so they can manage the ticket and shows they attend.
  • By officially transferring a ticket, you can better keep track on your account which tickets you have reassigned.
