What is your Upgrade and Exchange policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If you do wish to either upgrade or exchange your ticket, we recommend you purchase an upgrade and then email info@tkx.live with

  1. Your original and new ticket details (i.e., names on tickets, ticket number, transaction number)
  2. Proof of purchase as an attachment to the email

Once approved, we will work with the venue to credit you for your original ticket. You can expect to see the money credited to your account or credit card on file within 3-4 weeks.
