What is the difference between editing & transferring a ticket?

  • If you edit a ticket, you still have ownership over that ticket but you are just adjusting the data (Fix spelling for a First Name, Last Name, Email, etc).
  • If you transfer a ticket, you will lose ownership of that ticket and no longer be able to edit it or send it to another individual.
    • Officially transferring a ticket is helpful if the user you are transferring to has a tkx account then this ticket will be stored in their order history and information.
    • They will be able to view the ticket on their account if they lose the email or physical copy.
